TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BAXUS X AFFINAGE PROFESSIONAL PROMOTION

1. These terms and conditions apply to the baxus x Affinage Professional promotion running in store at Affinage Professional stockists that gives new baxus customers:
   1. $30 baxus credit when 6 tubes of Affinage Professional colour are purchased in a single transaction.
      or
   2. $50 baxus credit when 8 tubes of Affinage Professional colour are purchased in a single transaction.
2. To qualify for this promotion, a new customer who has not had a previous paid baxus account must:
   1. Purchase 6 tubes of Affinage Professional colour or 8 tubes of Affinage Professional colour from participating stockists in a single transaction,
   2. take the corresponding promotional baxus box,
   3. enter the promotion code found inside the promotional baxus box when they sign up for a baxus free trial.
3. baxus will apply the appropriate credit amount when the customer upgrades their account by submitting their credit card details to become a paying baxus customer.
4. baxus credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. This offer is available in participating Affinage Professional stockists until 30 June 2017 or while promotional stock lasts.
7. baxus will share the email address used to sign up for a baxus free trial with Affinage Professional and participating Affinage Professional stockists.
8. Use of the promotion codes indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
9. baxus retains the right to amend these terms without notice.
