TERMS AND CONDITIONS – RECOMMEND BAXUS TO A FRIEND
- These terms and conditions apply to the recommend baxus to a friend promotion allowing baxus users to earn a gift for each successful referral.
- To qualify for this promotion, an existing baxus user who uses baxus via a paid account (the “referrer”), must recommend or refer baxus to a new customer who has not had a previous paid baxus account (the “referred person”). Existing baxus users may refer more than one new customer.
- baxus may confirm the referrer is an active baxus user by contacting the business they have indicated their affiliation with through the promotion code provided to the person they have referred.
- Where possible the referred person should input a referral code when signing up to a baxus free trial.
- A referral gift of a [CBC show=”y” country=”nz”]$50 Prezzy card[/CBC][CBC show=”y” country=”au”]$50 Visa gift card[/CBC][CBC show=”n” country=”nz,au”]$50 gift card[/CBC] will be paid to the referrer baxus once the referred person pays their first baxus invoice.
- In the event that baxus is for whatever reason unable to procure the [CBC show=”y” country=”nz”]Prezzy card[/CBC]
[CBC show=”y” country=”au”]Visa gift card[/CBC] [CBC show=”n” country=”nz,au”]gift card[/CBC], the referrer will receive a substitute gift of equal value subject to these same terms and conditions. - baxus will apply one free month of baxus (excluding the cost of any texts) to the referred person once they upgrade their account to become a paying baxus customer.
- The gift card and one free month are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The one free month of baxus given to the referred person cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This offer is valid from 25 January 2017 until midnight 31 March 2017. Any referrals made after this date will not be eligible for a referral gift or discount under this scheme.
- baxus retains the right to amend these terms without notice.
